“Decided to have a change from the usual Turkey this Christmas. Hadn't had capon since I was a child and thought I'd give it a go. I was not sorry. The bird arrived excellently packed, on time. It cooked beautifully and was delicious and succulent . Capon is now our bird of choice for Christmas.”

“I have used herb fed turkeys for many years and always order the family Christmas turkey from here. The product is an excellent, succulent tasty turkey with good clear cooking instructions Customer service is very good too”

“Huge compliments to Herb Fed who raised a turkey that was delicious, moist and full of flavour. The collection process from the farm was slick and easy with a strong team on hand to help with any query, plus extra complimentary herbs. Highly recommended and will definitely order for next year, and chickens too.”

“I purchased a turkey roll of breast and brown meat, which cost over £56. It cooked beautifully and was tasty and moist. However, for the price there wasn't as much meat as I'd hoped for in the 1.6kg. There was a lot of skin and gristle meaning we probably got around 1kg of usable meat. So a little disappointed in the turkey roll. However, I often buy the Herb Fed chickens and have had a whole turkey in previous years and would give these 5 stars as they are lovely.”

“Excellent quality, the tastiest chickens and turkey around. The rolled turkey joint was perfect and no fuss with an enormous roast or fiddly carving. Our butcher had sold out for Christmas so we ordered direct and it came beautifully packaged on the day planned.”

“I purchased a very large turkey for Christmas. It arrived as planned, cooked beautifully, with loads of tasty, moist meat. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and have enough frozen for another eight meals. Would highly recommend.”
