“Disappointed. The meat was quite chewy and fairly tasteless. The turkey had been cooked for even less than the recommended timing instructions as the the inserted thermometer showed it was cooked to the correct temperature. So we imagined it would be more juicy as with previous turkeys purchased.”

“Herb fed poultry has been an absolute gem of a discovery. The Bird arrived, promptly as promised in a quality sturdy chill packed festive box, a cooking instruction pamphlet and a generous accompaniment of fresh herbs. Amazing quality, juicy and tasty! You have a customer for life!!”

“Rooster was delivered to us exactly as anticipated and packaging was excellent (and easy to dispose of). The bird was cooked as suggested by Herb Fed. The advised cooking time produced meat which was tender and juicy. The meat seemed a little coarse in texture and did not have a distinctive flavor but was enjoyed by all. Now enjoying it as a curry!”

“Very easy collection with smiling, cheerful staff. The instructions on cooking the rooster were clear and helpful. It was a lovely touch to include the herbs. The recipe ideas were great and we even broke with tradition and made the Sabrina Ghayour stuffing balls instead which were delicious and will become a new tradition. The rooster itself was wonderful - delicious and juicy - and fed us all week!”

“A top quality bird, tasty, plump and moist. We love Turkey and demand a high standard of birds. We were not disappointed. It was also well-packaged. Herb Fed are a great company too. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly. Communication about orders is excellent too.”
