“I have been getting my Christmas Turkey 🦃 from you for a number of years now and I have always been extremely satisfied. I went for the Turkey and leg meat rolled joint option this year. It's a game changer no messing with the carcass and bones to get all the meat, just carve from the rolled breast joint perfect slices every time. It looks good on the serving platter, but a whole Turkey does have the edge in the looks department, but but messy to deal with after carving the breasts. I will be getting the Breast and leg meat joint next Christmas 🎄 Regards Richard”

“We have had your turkeys two years in a row and they are excellent ! Real turkey flavour, fabulous and juicy, tender and tug at h the sizing request perfectly. Every bit has gone, so delicious as Christmas dinner, Boxing Day buffet and sandwiches, turkey curry, and a fab bone broth soup . Well done will order again!”

“Outstanding product and service. We bought a rooster for Christmas from this company. It arrived on the date we asked for, perfectly packed and in excellent condition. Most importantly, it tasted absolutely delicious. The carcasses made excellent stock, in my opinion the ultimate test of quality. I highly recommend this company and their products”

“Most efficient service and arrived extremely well packaged to ensure 100% perfect condition. It did make me smile however that it is herb fed and I assumed that you grew all the herbs but the packet of herbs included came from either Spain or Morocco! The chicken cooked beautifully and was lovley to eat.”

“I ordered a boned and rolled whole turkey and to be honest I was disappointed because it was a bit dry. I cooked it in accordance with the instructions using a meat thermometer and left it to rest for over 30 mins. Otherwise everything else I was hoping for was good, easy to carve and no carcass taking up fridge space.”

“Excellent flavour and texture. Wonderful products but slightly disappointed that so much skin is removed from the neck end of the rooster, and also round the legs, making stuffing the bird slightly difficult. Otherwise, perfect!”

“Two absolutely first class, immaculately presented, 4 kilo chickens which were succulently delicious. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and these were certainly worth every extra penny. We will be reordering next Christmas; if not before! Thank you for your part in a very successful Christmas lunch. Willy”
