“chicken and turkey products are great. Meat is firm ,moist but not swimming in added water when cooked which more than justifies the prices charged.Birds are reared in near natural conditions and treated humanely. Really great to find birds available again”

“A lovely tasty Easter turkey, lasted for several days! Thoroughly enjoyed it. Only down side, thought there should have been some fresh herbs for the stuffing? Erm there wasn't. Fortunately had some in the garden!”

“We ordered what we believed was a fresh turkey for easter but when we got it home, we found it frozen solid! ( There was a separate advert for frozen birds on the Web but our web page was for fresh birds). Fortunately, we did have enough time to safely defrost it but that said, the flavour and texture were absolutely fabulous. We have tried several "premium" turkeys direct from providers over the past 10 years and we can honestly say this was definitely the most flavoursome we have ever had. It reminded us of just how turkeys used to taste. Would definitely buy from Herb Fed again, but will definitely check whether its fresh or frozen ! 5 stars.”

“Bought 6 chickens which arrived in very study insulated packaging which kept them at a very low temperature and beautifully fresh! These chickens are full of flavour and very tender!”

“Great produce, very well packaged. Always arrives in good condition. The frozen items are still frozen. It does take about a week to deliver but you get to choose a delivery date.”
