“We have been ordering herb fed chicken box for several months now. It is always delivered on time, and the quality of the chicken is fantastic. We had the chicken burgers for the first time this month, they were fab, it will definitely be a regular order going forward.”

“We had one of your chickens at the weekend and it didn’t disappoint. I roasted it with an onion and carrot trivet, olive oil, a small can of lager and a goodly dash of seasoning and cooked it at 170c fan for approx 1hr 25m. The gravy that it made was deep and rich in flavour and the meat was moist and succulent. If I’m being honest I didn’t detect the fact it had been reared with herbs as a part of its diet but love it as part of the story told about the welfare of these birds. What was also extremely pleasing was that all the chickens ordered at 2kgs all arrived at least 10% - 20% heavier and for no additional cost - for which we are extremely grateful. Great value, great service and a great product.”

“I have only tested the 2.5kg chicken and it was disappointing. The breast meat was tough. I’ve had a 2.25kg chicken from Ocado recently which was excellent, albeit cooked differently. The latest was fast roast in oven and Ocado was bbq rotisserie.”

“I've had several deliveries since the pandemic. Each and everyone has been delivered on time, package well and I've never had a problem. My last order included the very, very large chickens that were on offer. I then filleted the chicken into portions suitable for 2 people and bagged and put in freezer. Carcusses were then boiled to give me chicken stock.”
