“First time ordering from Herb fed. Lovely turkey. Beautifully packaged, arrived as promised... on time. Full instructions and a bunch of fresh herbs included. The turkey didn't dissapoint, it had bags of flavour and was succulent. All in all we are very happy with your service and will order again and recommend Herb Fed.”

“Once again a truely excellent turkey from Herb Feb for Christmas... kept our small family fed for about four days and produced excellent turkey stock from the bones, so some good soups to look forward to over the next month or two.”

“I bought a batch of whole chicken and parts, together with a turkey, at the beginning of December 2024. SERVICE was impeccable when I asked questions, typical of a family business. CHICKEN QUALITY was also impeccable in taste, for cooking, and for freezing. It was well packed (be prepared to freeze on same day if carriers dithers with delivery). Chicken wings and breasts are the best I've ever prepared, that's good for someone who first taught his Michelin star chef son when a lad. High in my view is that chickens are not "supermarket chemical birds". TURKEY QUALITY I cannot fully comment on. Wife tried "a thing" with a bird that should have been prepared traditionally and wrecked a very expensive treat. DELIVERY was good, very important. OVERALL, I shall be buy more on a regular basis. A bit more expensive but for bigger birds with quality care the paying of a little extra to protect taste and health is well worth it. Nice people!”

“I bought a rooster for Christmas last year and again this year. The birds were absolutely delicious and it will be our regular Christmas fare from now on! The delivery was exactly on time, the packaging superb and the cooking instructions are the simplest and the best!”

“Not all that impressed, there was a lot of blood when I first looked at the bird which really put me off . Also not sure what the extension from the bird was from would not order again as it put me off from eating it. Tried to keep it. Hidden from my diners as it was not very attractive wished I had just got a normal bird .”

“Once again superb service and product from Herb Fed with the knowledge of getting a high welfare raised Christmas bird. Tried a whole rooster as a change from rolled turkey joint and was not disappointed. Hope to use them again this Christmas.”

“The Christmas rooster was absolutely delicious and just the right size for the two of us with plenty left for further meals. Our rooster was mis-delivered by DPD and the wonderful people at Herb Fed sent us a replacement which arrived first thing the next morning. What wonderful service.”
