“Handle & knobs on initial inspection looked top quality, however a few of the handles threads were poor & the screws would not feed into the thread ,my husband re tapped the two that were faulty
For the price I would have expected then to have been perfect first time
A tad disappointed hence lower star review

“The product I got was great but disappointed when I was told on the phone that no way would they consider taken the same handle but in a different colour which was new but the packaging was opened
back. I was not looking for a full refund exchange even doing them at half price said no.”

“Not enough screw holes in the Edison profile handles and screws not sturdy enough to really bite into cabinet doors. Screws loose within a day despite being installed properly to fixed torque. Going to have to either bond handles on and bond in screws or fit nut-serts and buy correct machine screws to allow maintenance. Disappointing as the handles themselves are a lovely product.”

“Good products and speedy delivery but then found cheaper from another supplier. Think I was charged about 5.50 per handle and comparatively I could have got 2 for 6.60 - so actually ended up costing double.”
