“I was sent the completely wrong product (different design & colour) and it took 3 days to receive any response to organize my replacement. I wasn’t refunded the delivery charge and was told to dispose of the original product myself.”
“I ordered 1 handle instead of 2 by mistake.
But when rang straight away to ask to add another handle & pay over the phone , I was told they couldn't do this & would have to place another order on line.
So I ended up paying postage cost again. Ridiculous policy .”
