“Fantastic service, ordered parts at 10.20pm Tue advised would be delivered Friday, arrived 9.30am Thursday and were exactly what I ordered. I ordered a second part Friday at 6.45pm this time paying for the longer delivery time and have got tracker report from postal deliveries that it will arrive Wednesday. So very pleased with this company and would recommend them based on my experience”

“I bought a Devi Smart Thermostat for electric underfloor heating systems. The product I was delivered was used (it had a previous owners configuration uploaded) and second hand in a box that had been previously opened. It works fine and looks new but I feel irritated to be buying items under false pretences. I’m assuming the previous owner is not aware of this either and the potential data and privacy breech this represented.”
