“The ordering and delivery was good, however the product is another matter. It was sold as a direct replacement for the Randall 922 already in place. We could not take out the wall plate supplied had to resort to using a screwdriver to release it. Then the unit would not programme. The cover flap kept falling off . As we were carrying out this change over the weekend we could not get advice. Waiting until Monday to take this and other points up with the technical services .”

“I purchased a Dimplex Quantum 150 storage heater and 2 Dimplex Quantum radiators. I paid for these when ordering along with another unit which I subsequently decided I did not need. Heating Controls Online immediately refunded the cost of the unwanted unit and the other 3 units arrived the next day! Best prices I could find and sujperb service all round - thanks!
