“The Web Site was easy to negotiate to find the item I needed. It was ordered late on Friday and was delivered by midday on Monday using a courier who provided, and adhered to, a 1 hour delivery window. First class. I would use them again if a need arises.”

“Dear Sir/Madam, You and the Delivery Company certainly sent enough emails including a final email stating when the part would be delivered that is between 6,26 pm to 7.26 pm. And indeed the part was delivered between those times. It would be helpful to have a tracking code or number as it would enable one to leave the delivery address. The part was fine and the CH system is working apparently perfectly. So the only remark I would make is that it would be helpful to have a tracking code. Thank you very much.
