“Found the product quickly on the site from a Google search and was in stock. Price was competitive and delivery was next day. Packaging was adequate for the item. Great service.”

“Unable to get an invoice out of them despite contacting them repeatedly. They only appear to send invoices via a confirmation e-mail and this never arrived in my mailbox despite me turning off all spam control etc. They appear unable to e-mail an invoice via other means or to post one.”

We re-sent the invoice 3 times to your email, and they we accepted by your self-managed server. Unfortunately what happens on your server after this point is not in our control. We sent you a copy via post, but you have written this review before giving it any chance for it to arrive.

“Heating control online was the only place i could find what i was looking for, stem elbows with a compression fitting, not the best price i could have hoped for, but only slightly more expensive than the alternative, which wasn't a bad compromise for the better finish achieved than using a short piece of pipe and a compression elbow, ordering was easy, though would have been nice to see free postage for larger orders, but at £2.99 it's not a big issue, order was processed and dispatched quickly and in only a few days my order was delivered. can't comment on customer service as there were no problems with experienced. would recommend and would use again.”

“Ordered item and was informed all the way on the very fast progress, in particular delivery options available as I wanted a next day delivery and was able to pick item up at end of my estate from the local shop. The item was also much cheaper than anywhere else on the web. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would certainly use them again”
