“Items are perfect and at a good price, with quick delivery - my only suggestion would be that packaging could be a little better - quite expensive items packaged in a padded envelope which had to be resealed by the courier as it had torn. A box would have been better.”

“I contacted HCO and asked for advice on a replacement radiator valve - I uploaded a photo of a very old model. They replied very promptly and told me a suitable replacement. I was impressed that despite the low coast of the item, they replied very quickly and there was no pressure to buy from them. However, I bought the replacement which arrived a couple of days later and worked perfectly. I would recommend HCO and I will certainly use them again.”

“Quick service great communication too. I bought an adapter that enabled me to attach new Myson radiators valves onto the older Myson radiator valve stem saved me a fortune not having to drain the system & replace them.”
