“Excellent aftersales service. The wireless plug in, did not slot straight into my boiler, as advised, as my boiler had a totally different fitting. Sent an email telling them and had a response straight back apologising and advising they would send me a special socket and flex, free of charge, so the plug could be slotted into that outside the boiler and wired up from there. Received it within two days. Can't ask for more than that, will definately use them again for any other items required.”
