“Needed to change the thermostat quickly as our dog had chewed one odd the radiator in the kitchen. Very impressed with the quick delivery, which meany that the radiator was no longer running at full pelt and in turn saved us money on fuel. Thanks”

“Re: Horstmann H37 XL Channel. Plus The central heating programmer seems, up to now, to be functioning well. My one complaint, would be that there are no wiring diagrams in the manual provided, consequently, the first attempt the electrician made was wrong, and the heating failed to come on the next morning. It was corrected fairly quickly and as I say, seems to be doing what it is supposed to. Heating 2 is redundant on my system since there is no adequate explanation in the literature, as to its purpose. Again, this should be made clear in the user manual.”

“Very good price and I was impressed by the quick dispatch. The item was sent by an excellent courier with real-time tracking which avoided having to be in all day to take delivery - and this was with standard delivery chosen. The part arrived in perfect condition, as described, and was fitted very quickly. I would definitely buy from them again next time.”

“Old wireless thermostat had packed up and the override kept dropping out so had to bypass the receiver too. Heating Controls had the items at the best price I could find online - ordered replacement thermostat and receiver before lunch on Tuesday, arrived by ten the next morning. Fitted by lunchtime and heating back up an running properly. Excellent service, thank-you.”

“I paid for Saturday next day delivery and the item was not delivered until the Sunday. I contacted Heating Controls and they did not reply to my email. I had to let my customer down and would have expected a refund for the postage and an apology.”
