“Excellent punctual service and delivery. Add to that, I miscounted initially the number of replacement radiator valves required. One email corrected my error and did not interfere in any way with the transaction. Last , but not least, the valves were a perfect fit; so easy to install and have vastly improved the control and efficiency of the central heating system heating performance”

“Customer service before purchase excellent advising me the best control for my type of heating. Appointing out the different controls available and the ease of replacing with the same control. Control delivered within 24hrs of purchase electrician fitted it in 10 minutes. (My arthritic hands prevents me for doing such tasks now). All in all mission accomplished !!”
