“Had a problem with our old programmer so went online. Couldn.t find what I was looking for and then found Heating Controls Online.. “I wanted a replacement TRV for an obsolete fitting. I took several photos and emailed them to Heating Controls. I got an almost instant reply suggesting what parts I required. The total cost was about £15. A non plumber I asked for fitting advice. It was quickly and politely given. For a one off purchase this whole transaction process was just excellent. Thank you”
