“The wireless room thermostat I chose was cheaper from HCO than anywhere else, by a margin of up to £35. The goods arrived at my chosen collection point within 24 hours of placing the order. I was able to track the progress of the order, so I knew when to collect it. The goods arrived carefully wrapped and in perfect condition. The thermostat was in use and functioning within one hour of collection. The service from HCO was completely satisfactory in every respect, and HCO will be my first choice for replacement parts next time my central heating system needs attention. Well done team!”

“I needed a Drayton wireless receiver. I am confident in using such sites as Amazon but wanted to avoid them and never confident about using an unknown company on-line. However the service from Heating Controls Online was Excellent. Communication was easy and friendly and the item was dispatched immediately. Within two days (standard economy postage) I received the item and within 20 minutes the heating was up and running again. You should feel confident in dealing with this company as I would be should a need arise.”
