“Very pleased with my experience using Heating Controls Online. Prompt reply received in relation to part/control compatibility with my boiler followed by prompt despatch once ordered. I ordered a DT20 RF thermostat for a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 25si. Easy to install and works faultlessly with the boiler.”

“I’d tried all my local suppliers in Northampton but none could help me replace my old Honeywell radiator valve heads… two told me that I’d have to drain my heating system and replace the whole thing - and I’d need to get a professional in to do it! So I thought I’d give it a go online… I found Heating Controls Online and sent them the photographs of the valve which I’d shown to my local “experts”! I expected to get a reply in a day or two - so was surprised when I had a reply within 10 minutes with a link to the item on their website… To cut a long story short I ordered them - they were delivered within a couple of days… they fitted and they were cheaper than the ones I’d seen in store! I’ll know where to go next time !!!!”
