“We have redecorated throughout following replacement of flooring from carpets to amtico. we spruced up the radiators by having them powder coated but this resulted in the valves looking very dowdy and shabby. We wanted replacements but found the specifications were different. We ordered these to accommodate the new valves. The service we received was excellent. Arrived speedily, well packaged and did the job. Would certainly use again without hesitation.”

“Great decisive and prompt response from my email enquiry on the compatibility of thermostat for my underfloor heating. Other lazy suppliers sat on the fence when I posed a similar question as they clearly lacked the knowledge that Customer Support at Heating Controls had. To top it off the thermostat was received less than 24 hours after the order was placed, truly remarkable service.”
