“I ordered a new wireless programmable thermostat just before Christmas. Unfortunately it developed a fault soon afterwards. Although the company were closed for Christmas my query was answered whilst they were closed and a suggestion made on how to clear the fault. Again this did not work I was able to complete the return paperwork during the closure and on opening after the break the new part was sent out immediately. New part fitted and everything now working well.”
