“Ordered a Danfos Randall 3060 replacement unit at a very competitive price on Sunday 20 December 2015. Delivered to my local corner shop on Tuesday 22 December by UPS as promised. Perfectly packaged. Fitted in 10 minutes. Works perfectly and so quiet. Definitely recommend HCO and would use again.”

“The controls arrived on time and in good condition, but there were no instructions. The Drayton website would not allow me to give the information, so had to turn to an unconnected company to download the instructions. Otherwise the client would not have anything in which to refer.”

“I was told delivery in the morning thus I stayed in Then I was told by e-mail later on in the day that delivery would be between 16:00 -17:00 hours. Not very satisfactory just as well I checked my e-mails. However the items were as ordered .”

“Website was easy to use, and the order process itself was seamless. Products delivered quicker than the standard delivery dates listed. This order was for a Christmas gift so will need to wait until the recipient opens them. But if the products are like the service I've already had. Then there's no worries at all.”
