“Very helpful online Q&A page led me to the correct replacement valves for my discontinued underfloor heating valves. I still managed to order the wrong ones!! But they replaced them immediately and sent a credit for the returned set. Bloody marvellous service. 5* all day long.”

“Easy to use website with all items described in a good clear way, ordering was simple and delivery options gave a choice of 3 ( I chose next day which was a Saturday with a click and collect and it arrived as promised ). The remote boiler control was exactly as described and at a really good price”
