“Found what I wanted, and the site was clear what I was ordering, arrived as expected, and on time (or as close to that as Royal Mail can do in time of Covid), and came boxed with instructions to fit it. I found the experience very positive and great to be able to buy a replacement valve ACTUATOR, and not just a replacement or alternative valve. More expensive and much more complicated to fit, and pushed at me by many other Internet sites.”

“I contacted Heating Controls Online for guidance on my existing UFH system and options to upgrade. They took the time to provide the options, links and prices for the components. Prices were better than any other supplier I could find and the postage was extremely quick (24hrs) despite my location in the Scottish highlands. The postage price was also very reasonable. I made a subsequent purchase following my experience of the first.”
