After speaking to delta Dore who make the items, I contacted heating online, who accepted the return of the item and have confirmed I will be reimbursed within 5 working days. “I had been informed that the item needed for my underfloor heating was obsolete. This company guided me to the right component for my particular system and sent me the link to order.
