“I received the items requested very promptly so that was good. However, my fault entirely, I ordered the wrong size I needed a width of 50mm and not 35mm so I immediately emailed (online@heathfield.co.uk) on the 17 December explaining the problem and asked that if I was to return them could they send me the larger size? Disappointingly I am still waiting for a reply!”

“Unfortunately some of the bulbs we ordered were damaged in the post despite being packaged extremely well, but after a conversation with Jack replacements were sent immediately and received two days later. The service we received was exceptional.Thank you very much for your prompt attention.”
