“The service we received was second to none,parts arrived by 8.30am followed by the engineer at 9.00 am who was polite efficient and showed great expertise,he made a difficult job look very easy and we were both most impressed. “Cannot thank the installers enough for their hard work and endeavor. On the installation date I picked the weather was tragic, blizzards, icey roads. I genuinely didn't expect them to turn up and I'd need to re-schedule. But I was wrong, Ben and Jamie turned up first thing in the morning and didn't stop all day, even when I asked them to have a break. The conditions couldn't have been worse. My boiler's flue goes out of the roof in my cottage, I felt awful for Jamie but really appreciate everything they did for me. If you require a new boiler and don't want to go down the route of getting quotes in a 'traditional' way, I'd really recommend Heatable.”

“After being let down over and over again by local plumbers, not turning up when they said they would, refusing to do basic tasks such as answering their phones, I gave up. A close friend recommend Heatable to me and I genuinely didnt expect to recieve the levels of service that I did. Instant responses to all of my questions, didn't mess me around on price and looked after me and my home throughout the process. I cannot stress enough how much of a breath of fresh air it has been. I would recommended to Heatable to anyone who needs a new boiler, whether it be family, friends and even my in-laws!!!!”

LOVELY guy, John and his apprentice Scott couldn't have done a better job for me, they went above and beyond. If you're still deciding where to buy your new boiler from, just buy it from Heatable.
