“Couldn't have been easier to do. Paid online and my price didnt change, I was genuinely expecting some kind of hiccups or extra charges, but even with some niggles the price did not change. Installers were excellent, very tidy and protected my home with plenty of sheeting. Realy impressed every step of the way.”

“Ordering: Very easy and clear to do. Presented with a range of boilers which were recommended for my home, but not too many that it was confusing. I was shown a list of dates which were available for my installation. Paying: Again very easy, had the option to pay monthly or in full with a credit card. I used my credit card for extra protection. Installation: Martin arrived at 8am as promised having called the night before to confirm. It was a straight forward swap out of my old combi boiler for a new Vaillant one. Martin was courteous, tidy and did a very good job. For anyone who lives in the Chester area, I would highly recommend him if you get the option to pick. Conclusion: The process was straight forward, customer service and communication excellent, installation impressive. Very happy and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fast, cheap boiler installation.”

“I literally spent 3 weeks researching various companies and considering my options (typically worrier haha). I contcated and booked 5 local companies to quote for my new boiler (i was converting from an old back boiler system so it was quite a big job and thought it was best to get multiple quotes). I also looked at multiple websites online (some better than others). All of my prices varied quite a lot. After too'ing and throwing I decided to go with Heatable. I spoke to them on the phone before proceeding just to make sure there would be no hidden costs of fees that they would perhaps be sneaky with. They reassured me that once I had my price online and I had answered my questions correctly, that the priuce would not budge. I booked my installation online and chose to pay with interest free credit which was usefull. The installer called me at 7pm on the night before to let me reassure me that he would be here first thing in the morning to get on with the job which I thought was a nice touch. John and Alex arrived and bang on 8am (I had a cup of tea waiting!!!). As i was havcing a back boiler removed, the job was quite big so all in all it took two days to get complete. John and Alex both worked until it was dark on both days and made sure everything was perfect for me, they really treated it like it was there home. Dust sheets everywhere, protective footwear etc. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the way they handled everything. My home gets warm and toasty so much faster now, hopefully my bills will be a lot lower too. Even thoguh it was a big job and there were some complications, Heatable stuck to their price and promise. Nothing was too much trouble. If you live in the doncaster area, make sure you ask for John and Alex his apprentice, they were fabulous. Thanks.”

“Got a well-reviewed boiler with a long warranty at a really good price. Had to pay slightly more money for a weekend installation, but I suppose that is to be expected. It was great that they could accommodate it though as I work odd shifts and am only available at limited times. Couldnt be a happier.”

“Having previously had a Vaillant boiler in my house for 20+ years, it was the only brand I was going to consider. I obtained quotes from four different companies, two from checkatrade, one from the yellow pages and found Heatable on a google search. I'm not sure how boiler installations are costed as all of the quotes seemed to be vastly spread apart for what seemed to be the exact same service. Heatable was the cheapest, and having read previous reviews and done my research, I decided to go with them. It was a bit different doing everything online as it was something I've not done before and was a little concerned about, but I can see how it saves time and it wasnt hard to do at all. Perhaps thats how the prices are able to be kept a lot lower. The installation was carried out on the day I picked, and to a very high standard even for a man of my expectations.”
