“Brilliant service from start to finish.”

“Price was really competitive for one of the best boilers on the market; also installation was booked only 2 days in advance, technician showed up promptly and did a good job. Very satisfied with Heatable: didn't need anyone to come over to the house in advance and was the only way to get a quote straight away (a big plus when you work and can't just be in the house at all times!). Only flaw: bits of the old boiler were left in my backyard in a box and not disposed of - I'm not sure if this was an oversight on the technician's part. Other than that, everything was great!”

“Had various quotes for converting my back boiler unit in to a modern condensing combi boiler. Quotes varied from £2,000 right up to £6,000 from other vendors. Heatables had a competitive quote (£2,900) for a which? endorsed boiler (Viessmann) with a long 10 year warranty (for parts and labour). Have to say the boiler is working very well and it is exceptionally quiet. Nothing bad to report so far, all positive. Thank you.”

“I have to say that I was worried about buying a boiler online and paying up front, the reviews also looked almost too good to be true. But how wrong was I - the team at Heatable were brilliant and very attentive, kept me informed at every step and I even got a photograph of my engineers before the installation (Chris Johns - what a great engineer, a real asset to Heatable and I will definatley be using him in the future for servicing work - Pass on my thanks to him). Already reccomended Heatable to family and friends, havent stop raving about them.”

“What an amazing company! We had a disaster with our boiler breaking on us (no hot water or heating) with no savings to replace it. It was 12C in the flat and we were so stuck. We looked around and everywhere was just so expensive. To make the situation financially worse our boiler would need to be moved adding more to the expense. Then we found heatable and they saved the day! Heatable were so supportive from the get go with their easy to use website, quick response and friendly customer service. Ben Mars was the technical support for our case and was very responsive to emails and helped so much. They even penciled in our fitting date before our finance was approved to make sure we could get our boiler ASAP. They also waived the boiler moving fee because they knew how stuck we were. Our boiler broke on the Tuesday night and they sent someone to come fit it called John on the Friday who did an incredible job and was polite, friendly, reliable and tidy. If it wasn’t for them we would be very stuck over the winter and could not recommend them enough. Especially for us as this is our first property and we had no idea how boilers work, heatable were there for us. Such a special company and thank you Ben Mars and John!”

Hey Allan, This is not good to hear. I've looked in to your order, from what I can see, the installation was carried out on time as promised. Unfortunately, it seems there was a rare issue with the actual product from the manufacturer, which is understandably out of our control. I can see from the system that Ben from our technical team got the manufacturer to attend the next working day, as a priority appointment and the boiler is now fully operational. We work really hard to ensure that all our customers receive a five star service, it's a shame that a rare manufacturing fault with the product has led to ourselves receiving a 1 star review. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and I hope that you are happy with the resolution. Sam (Founder).

“Took our money and fitted the boiler a coupl of days later. They seemed in a rush to get off to help someone on another job. There was also a lot of Google use and phoning a helpline to work out how to install the Nest thermostat as they had not done one before. The cupboard door they took off was not put back on and when my partner arrived home and went to do it, only a few of the screws had been left on the windowsill, the others were missing. The smoke alarm was also left covered up. 2 months on the flue has let water into the house and all over the new boiler. No one from Heatable calls back, you have to keep chasing them and the engineer who was meant to arrive today didn't show up and put his phone to voicemail. £1800 for a leaky boiler with a warranty that isn't valid due to an incorrectly fitted flue! I don't recommend them.”

So the boiler installers arrived and fitted the new boiler in one day. After sales service brilliant, all certificates arrived by email shortly after installation. I can highly recommend this fast, efficient and friendly service.”
