“The on screen quotes without having to enter personal details are excellent. Other heating sites requested contact details from me but at this point on Heatable, I’d already seen everything. I wasn’t too sure what I was looking for as I know next to nothing about boilers but a man on a live chat feature popped up like bread from a toaster and advised me on boiler sizes and different brands. Went ahead and booked a date for the fitting and no complaints at all about the new boiler since! Egg”

“I was dreading the thought of buying a boiler until I found this website. Literally got installed in a matter of days, no messing around or nonsense with prices. The price which I paid for did not change, even after some complications were found which needed some extra bits of pipes. Super impressed and a very happy (warm!) lady.”

“Have to give it to the lads at Heatables, wonderful experience from booking to the installation. Pete kept everywhere very tidy and was calculated in his work, new boiler in operation within about 4 hours. Luckily Pete left his card on day as I had a slight leak from one of my radiators, he came bac that afternoon and got it fixed for me. Top work all round.”

“For those who are concerned about buying a boiler over the internet, like me (originally), you shouldnt be. Here is what happened for me; GETTING QUOTES You go through some online questions and get a good choice of different boilers and options BUYING AND PAYING You pick a specific installation date from the available dates. I used finance to pay for my boiler and used a buy now pay later option. They sent me a link to complete a finance application which was really easy. INSTALLATION My installer (John), turned up at the crack of dawn with the boiler and smart controller that I had chosen online. The installation took about 5 hours. John was very tidy in his work and profressional in his approach. He looked after his workspace very well. Once the boiler was up and running John talked me through its operation and walked me through the heating controls. I really couldnt be happier with the service of both John and Heatable. Highly recommended to anyone! 10 stars! Malc”
