“Skeptical about buying a boiler online, but I needn't have been. Engineer arrived 9am as promised, called me the night before to confirm and did a really neat, tidy job. Cant thank Paul enough for his hard work on the day... BRILLIANT OVERALL!”

“It was during a particularly somber patch of a Coldplay album when my old boiler broke down. Needless to say, my own breakdown wasn't far behind. Having already bought an old, large and costly to heat house, a broken boiler was the last thing we needed. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Heatable and got myself an online quote in seconds. At this point I wasn't yet convinced but to my surprise, I was called almost instantly by the high spirited Ben at Heatable who was able to confirm the quote I saw online and arrange the installation of my new boiler just two days later - at my request. The engineers arrived at 8:30am on the dot as previously agreed and had our new boiler fitted in a matter of hours. Apart from a brand new working combi boiler on the wall and a renewed sense of optimism they left in their wake, you would have never have known they had been in the house. For now, life resumes along with my Coldplay album. Albeit a much warmer experience. A 5 star experience at the very least.”

“My home is very large and costly to heat but just over one month in, my new boiler has shaved almost 17% from our gas bill. The Nest control we had fitted at the time of installation certainly aids this and the thermostat device itself does not deter too much from the deep and rich mahogany aesthetics of our homes decor. To say the Heatable team were professional would be an unforgivable understatement. Hats off.”

“After being given the run around by another installer about where my boiler ‘had to go’ and not where we wanted it to go I contacted heatable on the recommendation of a neighbour. Adam at the office confirmed it was possible with some additional parts for the flue (which were included in the screen price) and asked to complete their online picture survey so an engineer in the office would be able to review the job before the install day. They said the installer for my area ‘Eric’ was the man for the job and the install would take one day to complete. A little dubious, I booked the install for two days later.. Eirc arrived in the morning and we ran through the job. ‘Not a problem’ he said, very positive attitude and a hard worker, a bit of a Maverick, not afraid to push boundary’s if he thinks it’s necessary – he’s not a criminal – but he will, perhaps, travel at 80 miles an hour on the motorway if, for example he wants to get somewhere quickly. Anything to get the job done on time, neatly and without fuss.”

“Mark and Ian have just left and I just wanted to say what a fantastic job they have done of my new boiler. They arrived on time and explained what work was involved and how long it would take. The house was fully protected with dust sheets and roll out plastic on the floors. They didn’t stop all day and even fixed a leak on my toilet which my useless ex husband cocked up 5 times! Really happy with the service I received and I hope the guys get a pay rise after this review! Heather Smalls”

“I had my old back-boiler removed by the Heatable team and was more than pleased. The work required was a nightmare in all honesty (very old property!) but their installers Mark & Stephen went above and beyond - costing me nothing extra, apart from half of my biscuits!! Very happy.”

“The only downside of this company is that I spilt my Ribena because they called so fast and my ringtone is very loud. New boiler installed under 48 hours later and Alan the installer was a gent. Outstanding in every area. The final installation cost was actually £240 cheaper than initially quoted which more than paid for the Ribena stain removal from my tartan gown. Bravo.”
