“Cannot speak highly enough of our boiler installer Jonathan. He arrived 5 minutes early on the day, laid down protective sheets for my new carpets and explained the whole process to me after some paranoia I had with it being our brand new house!! Our dog even took to him! :)”

“Completed a survey request and a lovely girl from Heatable called to tell me they could fix my price after sending some photos of my current boiler and gas meter. This sounded a touch too good to be true because the online price I had was £1100 cheaper than british gas!! But sure enough they were true to their word and guaranteed my price over the phone after receiving the pictures. New boiler was then installed on the same Saturday and the team that carried out the work were absolutely brilliant. Certainly a 5-star review well earned, thank you very much!”

“Fab fab fab. Had 2 local plumbers out to quote and I was not impressed with their overall service. Found Heatable after searching google and got a range of fixed quotes in about 10 seconds, really easy to do and simple to use. Booked a date online and they arranged for me to pay monthly for the new boiler, chuffed to bits. Installation was carried out by an engineer called Kristopher, he called me the night before to confirm his attendance and arrived bang on time. He put covers all over my flooring in the areas where he was working to keep dirt off them too. Boiler was installed and up and running in about 4 hours. Cant thank Kristopher enough for his hard work, and Heatable for their general service. Thanks, Kacie xxx”

“Couldn't have been easier to get a genuine fixed price over the internet. Booked and paid with my credit card in about 10 minutes and the install was completed to an incredibly high standard. Had a slight issue with some radiators not getting hot after the installation, Heatable arranged for Alan the engineer to come back the next day and sort it.”

“Filled out the online form which gave me a price to remove my boiler and water tank and to put a combi boiler in. I spoke with someone on the online chat about moving the boiler to the loft as I needed the space where the tank was for storage. They said it would cost and extra £250 but that was still cheaper than British Gas quoted. I picked the monthly payments option to ease the pain of having to swap the boiler near Christmas. New boiler went into today and that old leaky tank has gone which, has left me with more storage than I thought! Certainly enough room to swing a tiger in there, wouldn’t want to though – unless it’d been stunned. Even then it’s going to weigh the best part of a tonne. I have to re decorate where the old boiler was in the kitchen but that’s a job for next year! Would recommend Heatable following my experience with them”

“Wanted a boiler on a pay monthly plan, Sam in the office was really nice and discussed what options I had and that I didn't need to pay a deposit. The finance form took about 2 minutes to complete, I had to send some photos in which I was a little bit of a faff but it was easy enough. Boiler was installed two days later and I've had no problems. I would recommend this company”
