“Firstly, “HEATABLE” appeared professional throughout. There were no pressure sales. Good technical advice and options for the most effective system. Ordering and processing of the order was simple and uncomplicated. With reference to the actual work. This required removing the original circa 1978 wall mounted heating system from the ground floor kitchen to install the new Combi appliance in the Loft. The fitters were polite, professional and hardworking yet easy going offering clever and ingenious new runs of pipework. This has completely freed up the outside wall of the kitchen previously dominated by an ageing system boiler and associated pipework.”

“I was recommended to this installer by the manufacturer of the combi I had chosen(Viessman050-35kw). The boiler was fitted and my old boiler removed on my chosen fitting date 3 days after ordering. The fitter,Ben Mars, was out of this world(excuse the pun). He arrived on time 8am and the job was finished by 12 noon. A very efficient and clean worker. The communication from heatwave was excellent and the follow up evaluation and supply of regulatory documention was perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Heatsave for any boiler installation work.”

“I recently had a new boiler installed by heatable engineer Ben. I absolutely couldn't reccomend this company enough. Great experiance from start to finish. Firstly as first time property owner I had no idea about what kind of boiler I needed- the guys in the office were great; they talked me through my options, explained im detail the differences in function, warranty and price. I felt they give me completely honest and useful advice and ensured I got the best price for what I needed. The process of booking an engineer to come was easy- they were very flexible with availibilty and the engineer was here within a week of my initial enquiry! On the day- Ben arrived, charming character and all round good guy! He explained what he would be doing, worked like a trooper, he was very curtious in my home and cleaned up afterwards -to a standard even my mum would accept! The result - a shiny new Boiler, works perfectly, installed with precision- I've never seen pipework so neat! Ben even gave me an in depth tutorial on how to work new digital thermostat. Thoroughly reccomend you to use this company - especially to those needing any guidance or advice. A massive thankyou guys!”

“Excellent all round service for a fixed all inclusive price on the boiler, installation, removal of old boiler, etc., so you know what you're paying upfront without the uncertainty of awaiting a possibly massive unknown bill. Also they accept payment by credit card which I wouldn't have been able to purchase my new boiler without as not having the money in my bank account as many installers don't accept payment via credit card anymore, or you can do hire purchase with them. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying a new boiler.”

“Overall verdict, excellent. The ordering process is simple giving you a fixed price, simple as that. We opted to pay outright by card, but finance is available if required. Our old boiler was at least 25 years old (we inherited it when we bought the house) and needed changing. The online booking process offered installation slots just 2 days away, although we opted for one about a week away. On the day of the install, Jaime the engineer arrived as expected in the morning and set about the installation. Nothing was too much trouble, his work is very neat and he tidied up the the mess and packaging when he had finished. Unfortunately we had a problem with our gas supply pipe which meant that Jaime couldn't commission the boiler that day, although he tried! We had to have Cadent out to fix our supply pipe which took all the next day (Friday). Jaime returned on Saturday to commission the system. The supply problem was just one of those things and couldn't have been foreseen. The boiler itself is a Viessmann Vitodens 35Kw model and is performing perfectly. I would recommend heatable without any hesitation”
