“An old combi boiler failed at my tenanted property, some 240 miles away in Kent. A local engineer, used by the letting agency quoted £2.5 k including VAT, with limited availability to actually do the job. I found these guys on line, and got a quote for £1.8k after answering a few questions, with next day availability for fitting. Got my tenants to upload some pictures of the exisiting boiler set up, the engineer called the previous day to introduce himself, then that was it. Tenants were very happy with the installer. Fantastic value and service!”

“Heatable was one of a number of boiler replacement companies we sought for quotes. They came back very quickly with various helpful options, without any sales pressure, and at a much lower price and which also included the top rated boiler by Which, the flushing out of the system, a wireless controller, new horizontal flue and the guarantee of no further price add-ons for any extra bits of plumbing. We were given various options for dates to suit our diary and the engineer turned up on time on our chosen day. The installation was carried out cleanly and efficiently. We were kept informed all the way through the process from the initial order to the final instructions on how to use the installed equipment. All the relevant paper work for the Gas Safe Building Regs. Cert and the 10 year warranty Cert. were sent to us very quickly after Heatable contacted us to ask if everything was to our satisfaction. We have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Heatable. They dealt with the whole process in a professional, friendly and informative manner and all at a price very much lower than quoted by much bigger named 'national' suppliers. Well done Heatable.”

The price I paid is lower than other companies and I had a Which recommended boiler installed The installer was professional and completed the job within the timeframe. “I highly recommend Heatable. Was such an easy smooth process from placing our order for the boiler to getting it installed it didn't even take long. Heatable kept us informed and called us with all the next steps and timings of installation and also who will be coming to fit the boiler. The guys who came in were also great Henry and Paul. Paul was very informative and gave us all the information we required once he fixed the boiler and also fixed our hive device in for us. They also cleaned all the mess and left the area as they found it before leaving. We love our new boiler and couldn't recommend heatable more very professional. Thank you!!!”

“Very easy process. Ordered the boiler and work, sent the photos and then Heatable contacted me to confirm everything was in order. The day before they sent a photo of the fitter and told us the time of arrival. The boiler was fitted with minimal mess. Aftercare was also very good as I was contacted the day after to ensure I was satisfied with the work. We are very happy with the work and very happy with the boiler. So glad I found this company to fit the boiler for us!”

“I was treated exceedingly well at all stages of applying for the loan through to having my new boiler installed. I had my order confirmed, the finance organised and the boiler installed all within the space of less than a week! I'm still reeling at the speed it all happened! I'm also deeply impressed, You, the lenders and Heatables were so helpful and friendly at each step of the way, Chris the installer was courteous and obliging, the whole experience was a pleasure. I have already been singing the praises of all of you to anyone who would listen, and shall continue to do so.Many thanks to you all. The conduct of all of you is in marked contrast to another company with whom I contracted to have a heat/air exchange system last year. They kept stringing me along month after month, and when I finally lost patience and complained they blocked my telephone calls!”
