“An amazing company and Kieran and cal the 2 guys that came to fit our new boiler were absolutely unbelievably brilliant from start to finish. The job ended up being a lot bigger than they anticipated but they found solutions to every problem that faced them and cracked on!!! They were soooo polite aswell and 2 genuinely lovely blokes who deserve a massive pat on the back!!! Thank you sooo much for the hard work you both did and the company it’s self is fab. Thanks again guys for everything you have done we now have a lovely warm house ready just in time for winter ☺️.”

“I have just had my old boiler replaced with a Viessmann Vitodens 050-W and wanted to write a review as was so impressed with the whole process from user friendly website to speedy process of quote and then installation to the Engineer, Mark, who fitted it - the whole was pain free and Mark went out of his way to tackle very old pipework problems ... thank you Mark and all involved with the job.”

“Complete process from selecting Boiler to installation was very easy. Installation was done suit our requirements, the engineer was meticulous in fitting and testing the unit, much better installation than my last boiler. Set everything up, gave clear instructions on how to operate the system left the work area tidier than he found it. Having had numerous problems with our previous boiler, both in and out of the 3 year warranty, the 10 year manufacturers warranty was key to our selection. The calls from the office before and after installation was appreciated. Overall very pleased with the service and product supplied”

“Recently had one of your Viessmann Combi boilers installed and I must say the whole process was extremely easy and fluid. The website is easy to understand and even selecting an installation date to our preference was a great help, as we could pick a day that suited us which is not normally an option with some suppliers. We had to change the date for personal reasons but a quick call and it was easily changed without any fuss at all. Lee, our installer, arrived early and was an excellent plumber, explaining everything that he was doing as he went along. He made sure that the job with the pipe work was as tidy and minimally intrusive as he could, always working clean and tidy, taking parts away as he worked. He is extremely good at his job and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. We also liked the new thermostat controller which makes things very easy to control. All in all a great service from everybody and we would highly recommend heatable to all.”

“As with any "unknown"(to us)company there is always a slight concern,"having had a system installed years ago and a bad experience!"However our fears were unfounded,we were kept informed by Heatable and our questions answered all the way through! We would strongly recommend them to family or friends!Our install was finished in one day, even though the boiler was moved from the kitchen into our loft. Andy & Ash our installers were very helpful and cleaned up at the end and showed us how the controls work. Despite my initial fears a painless experience,makes a very pleasant change to deal with a company that does what says! Thanks again.”
