“I honestly thought we would have to wait and save for ages to replace our ancient boiler, but the finance deal has made a new, more efficient boiler possible for us. By the time we have paid the monthly payment and the new lower gas bill, we are still better off than we were with our old boiler. The service was so quick and efficient. Most importantly, the price never changed. I thought it all sounded too good to be true, but it was all as promised and cheaper than the main big name competitors. Thanks for the great service. 100% recommend.”

“Hi, We’re very pleased with the boiler and the service you provided. Dan, the installer engineer, was very efficient, hard working and also very pleasant. I was very sceptical about doing things online and paying up front but this proved to be an unnecessary worry. I would highly recommend Heatable. The only hiccup of the day was as follows. Dan rang first thing explaining that he had to collect all the parts from Tamworth, so he would be running approximately an hour and a half late. Approximately an hour and fifteen minutes later, the parts supplier delivered them themselves. I then contacted Dan to inform him the parts had arrived here and he had just arrived at the suppliers depot. We then waited approximately half an hour for Dan to arrive. He apologised for the mix up but of course it wasn’t his fault as the supplier hadn’t informed him that they were delivering directly to our house.”

Heatable couldn’t have been easier to order and set up a payment plan and get one installed at such short notice. All done within five days, and Brian our installer was so professional. They were helpful, honest and made the decision to use them very easy. The installation was good but I did have areas that I wanted to re-look at and again I couldn't fault the level of customer service and getting the job done to a very high standard. “When I came across the Heatable web site and got a boiler replacement quote within minutes, I thought it was too good to be true. As you have to pay up front, my wife said it could be a scam, but you have the backup of paying with a card to allay one's suspicions. I had been quoted £4,500 by British Gas whereas Heatable was £1,865 all in with a 10 year parts and labour warranty. The boiler was fitted within 3 days and the fitting team were excellent. At every stage the Heatable office kept us informed. I cannot recommend Heatable enough!”

“Fantastic Value & Professional We had multiple surveys & quotes to replace our aged conventional boiler with a new combi boiler from several companies. The quotes ranged from £3900 to £5200. We then stumbled across Heatable and are so pleased we did since they provided the optimum system and price. We paid under the £3900 quoted by A.N.Other and for a far superior boiler. The online ordering process is simple, giving you a fixed price for your new installation, just what you need. We opted to pay outright by card, but finance is available if required. Our old boiler was 32 years old (we inherited it when we bought the house) and although it was still working, it was struggling to keep the house warm and may not have seen another winter through, it needed changing. The online booking process offers you installation slots just a couple of days away, although we opted for one about a fortnight later. On the day of the install, Matthew the engineer arrived at 0800 as previously notified and set about the installation. Nothing was too much trouble, his work is very neat and he tidied up any mess or packaging when he had finished. As our installation was also a relocation of the boiler from a bedroom to the utility room (approx 9 metres away), the installation took 2 days. We never expected it to be completed in a day. On day 2 Matthew arrived at 0730 and started to remove the old system and connect up the new system to some existing pipework. The new boiler was then commissioned and has been working flawlessly ever since. We chose the Viessmann Vitodens 100-W 35kW model and it’s performing perfectly. The day after the install we had a visit from their QC who checked the operation of the system, measured the pH value of the heating system water and checked the flue emissions. All Good! He also made sure we knew how to use the new wireless controls. They register your warranty for you and inform your local building authority of the installation. We have received our 10 year warranty registration certificate from Viessmann.”

“So impressed with the service I received from Heatable, they made the sometimes complicated process of choosing a boiler straightforward and simple. The response was quick, finance was sorted and engineer arranged immediately.
