“The online form was really easy to use. So easy in fact that I thought it was too good to be true that you could get a back boiler replacement booked with so little effort. However, they delivered on my expectations and I now have a combi boiler with a 10 year warranty. Happy days!”

Had any boiler break down on a Friday evening and by Monday I had a new boiler fitted with all the bells and whistles! “Absolutely first class service from start to finish, from first online contact to boiler installation complete and commissioned was 4 days. The engineer was outstanding in every way, arrived at 9-15am and left at 2-15pm and there was no trace of him being there apart from our new Viessmann boiler providing us with hot water and heating Craig gave us an in depth explanation of the installation including pictures and then explained the boiler operation....you need a new boiler or heating system? This is the company to call.”

Then a fixed price given picked my date for installation! turned up done a excellent job cleaned system and fitted a filter just like they said ! My viesmann boiler is very quiet running ! “I am very happy with my new gas boiler and especially with the engineer. Not only did he came a day early to check that I had ordered the correct type of boiler (which I hadn't!) he managed to get the right product delivered on Friday morning. It also turned out that I had a gas leak, something I had not noticed. As the pipe that was originally fitted by the House builder Wimpey was steel without any protection, it had corroded so badly that a new line had to be installed. Heatable and the engineer have been such a great help and not only fitted the boiler but also the new line. It took all much longer than originally planned for, but the engineer stayed on and sorted all of it. able has delivered such a great customer service that if you do need a new boiler, you can't go wrong with Heatable. “Our 15 year old boiler finally went kaput last Tuesday 3rd September, spent the day looking for quotes for a new boiler and the company that stood out above all others for speed of response and price was “Heatable”. Craig our installation engineer arrived a couple of days later on Friday the 6th September at 9-10am, 5 hours later we had a new Viessmann boiler installed and working and when Craig left you would not know he had just dismantled the old boiler and flue, reinstalled the new Viessmann and flue, commissioned the unit and fully explained the installation and the operation of the new boiler.....absolutely wonderful service by Craig and Heatable. Do you need a new boiler....give these guys a call, you won’t be disappointed.”

The communication with Heatable was impeccable and their engineers were true professionals that did an excellent job on a very difficult installation, involving installing a new flue that went through several walls. The new boiler is excellent with a 10yrs warranty that includes parts & labour, and the Google Nest controlling everything was a very nice touch. Overall, highly recommended! They deserve more than 5 stars!”

The gas engineer was knowledgeable, punctual and professional, he was also prepared to deal with the issues that came from our particular flat (which were many). He was also friendly and answered all our questions.
