I consulted my audiologist recently because one of my Phonak hearing aids was mafunctioning. The hearing aid has been returned to Phonak for repair and I am waiting for its return.

Responded very quickly to my request and arranged a hearing test. I'm yet to have it so I can't comment on how it will be after that.

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for an audiologist to make an appointment with me for a hearing test. I have contacted Hearing.org.uk 3 times but still have not had contact with an audiologist. Terrible service. Will now find another company to help with my hearing issues.

A gentleman named Constantine visited, tested my hearing he recommended I have aids and suggested some that would suit me. He delivered them, fitted and has helped me subsequently with a couple of hiccups. Superb service.

My hearing assessment was carried out in my home which was very convenient to me. The assessment was carried out in a very professional manner. In addition to the hearing assessment the professional also gave advice on my balance problem leading to a private referral to an expert in the field.

Hello Andrew, From our notes, I believe you saw the audiologist last Monday. The hearing aid manufacturers are all closed for orders over the new year until January 2nd, which was five working days ago. We assigned you to one of our audiologists on 19/12 and chased for a test date on 20/12. We can't see that we have received a reply from the audiologist for either communication sent. I range and made an appointment on 17/12/24, no confirmation received of the appointment venue. Rang on 31/12/24 to confirm the venue, still no confirmation to date 02/01/25 appointment is for 06/01/25 at 1100 hours could someone please confirm where i am to attend for the appointment.

Good initial conversations. Confirmed appointment. Alison arrived exactly on time fit the earing tests which Confirmed all previous tests. Hearing aids ordered and fitting date agreed.

Looking for information on a hearing aid for myself i came across your site. You rang me within 48hrs and kindly fixed for a local company to contact me regarding appointment. Alll good so far except the local company have not got back to me and i don't know who they are so am unable to proceed. Your service was great, the folks you deal with...not so much.

I received a follow up call shortly after inputting my details. After taking entirely relevant and necessary details I was contacted by the local independent audiology company My first consultation was yesterday and new hearing aids will be fitted in a fortnight. The hearing review was comprehensive and far more detailed than with my previous large chain supplier. I'm looking forward to my new hearing aids and, hopefully, their increased effectiveness following the comprehensive consultation and testing
