“As a picky buyer this meat was a delightful surprise. Always tender, great selections, and I find everything I need for my heritage italian recipes (I almost cried seeing ossobuco and bones for broth - a supermarket could never). I loved the subscription boxes. The only reason I give 4 stars is a lack of comunication: I had a problem with a box delivery, sent an email - they solved the issue immediately but never answered me or awknoledge the issue in the first place which was a bit weird. Also, I always send back the packaging twice a month (with the required papers inside) - never received a confirmation or the £10 token. I don't need/want the token, but I would appreciate maybe free delivery? just to balance out what I spent to send the packaging back. I receive A LOT of emails for offers, but none real comunication about things that matter to me, like "ehy, we saw your email, this is what we can do for your parcel, thank you" which would be enough for me to put 5 stars. Over all great products, great packaging, I reccomended to everyone I know.”

“Placed order for 3 pkts of halal turkey drumsticks costing me £50.97. Received delivery this morning. How disappointed l was! The weight of each packet was 992g, 1002g and 1154g respectively in comparison to the advert of each pkt between 1000g - 6 1500g. Honestly what l received was not worth what l paid for. To take advantage of the fact that there are very few decent halal butchers in this country who sell halal turkey.. is not right.”

“The lovely Turkey breast, stayed moist and lovely texture and taste. The premium minced lamb was also very good no fat just meat. Only small criticism, the meat arrived in a large box too big for the quantity of meat I ordered and therefore was not as cool as it should have been when it arrived the box was all squashed and damaged so pointless to return it to you for recycling, therefore it would be good if there were smaller boxes for such orders.”

“Absolutely awful experience!! Ruined my Christmas. Ordered a capon to cook on Christmas Day , opened it up Christmas morning and it stunk out my house making me gag from the stench. Disgusting, don’t waste your time or money !”
