“Ordered x3 Beef steaks, all were thinly cut and barley able to cook medium rare. On contacting customer service they would not refund me as I only sent them one picture. The service was so pathetic that they could not even offer a credit note which costs them nothing. Too greedy and unhelpful. The steaks were not cut properly at all almost like they were saving on meat. Word of advice, when you buy and its not up to standard take picture of everything as these guys are so greedy they fight tooth and nail not to give anyone a reasonable solution. A business like this will go down as they don't know how to maintain a healthy customer service.”
