Hi Trevor and thanks for your review , upon looking at this I can see your order was placed placed on the 7th of November , it was then packed and sent the morning of the 9th , it was collected that afternoon , it was then in transit for the next 2 days and then it was the weekend . I can see it was then delivered the following Wednesday making it 1 day late for the service . The 3 days you speak of are not from the moment you order , it’s from the moment it’s dispatched which is generally within 1-2 business days . I do apologise on the 1 day delay however please note once the goods leave us we have no control at all over the carriers , we are given time frames by them however on occasions for whatever reasons they get delayed . Thank you again for shipping with us.

“The variety of the shells in the photo was not reflected in the actual delivery. I was looking forward to some black and white shells - something with a high contrast. What I got was a few browns, some beige and white.”
