“I Purchase from HOM regularly. Products are A1 and the support from Dayne and customer service staff is prompt and so very helpful. Dayne even fulfilled a gift card once that we had written the wrong email on. The Egift card was sent and spent by someone in the States yet Dayne still redeemed the gift card for us. The loss coming from his pocket. Very professinal service”

“Ordered 29th December Shipped 13th January Disappointed on the time frame and with express freight took another week Arrived 19th January Missing clock mold ended up with mechanism only ,when wanted mold Understand Boxing day madness ,but thought a simple order would have been quick and easy”

Hello , thanks for the review however we need to clarify something , as stated all over our website and socials , any orders that were placed between the 24th of December 2022 and the 9th of January 2023 would not start to be dispatched until the 9th as we were away during this period of time . Due to the high volume of orders over this time your order was down in the order and we were behind a couple of days due to the high volume , this was also relayed via our website and socials . We are sorry you did not see any of this however it was there . As for the time frame it took to arrive , we have zero control over this , once dispatched we can’t control how long the carriers take to deliver , all we can do is book the service in which case we did . If you contact us during this time however we can try and look into it for you if you have had no luck yourself . Thanks

“As a turner, how resin turns is important to me. HOM castaway is simply a dream to turn. Unlike many other resins that I have tried that chip easily, or in some cases have whole sections break away, I have had 0 losses using the HOM product.i highly recommend this wonderful Australian made product.”

Thanks so much for your review , we love the feedback and will look into this , most offering free postage however will just build it into the margins on products , we don’t do this . We do offer free postage through our loyalty rewards program so for example every time you spend 200 dollars you will get free shipping if you then redeem the free shipping coupon for the 200 points earned . Hope this makes sense

“Products are great! However the terms of rewards points are a bit lacking… I cannot use or earn reward points when there’s a sale but I can with Just Resin so I shop mostly with Just Resin. Also I usually use the reward points to get free postage but reward points only offers free postage capped at $10 or $20. Postage for me is usually $11-$15 so I can’t use $10 capped free postage and waste points on $20.”

Hello , thanks so much for the review we do however have to correct a few things , the first one being you don’t earn rewards points during a sale , this isn’t correct as you do still earn points even through a sale . The second thing is with postage we have different levels of points rewards free postage. 100 points = $10 Worth of free shipping , 200 points = $20 of free postage . Thanks for the feedback we appreciate it very much
