“Ordered an H2O4K9 water bottle, at a competitive price. Before dispatch, co-owner Kay noticed that the in-stock bottles were coloured differently to advertised, arranged for the correct 'as advertised' item to be sent direct to me from the manufacturer, and contacted me to apologise for the error and slight delay. Mistakes happen; but it's great customer service when the supplier sorts it out proactively like this and keeps the customer informed. I'm very happy to recommend Healthful Pets, and would have no hesitation in purchasing from the company again. Thank you Kay. The H204K9 is a great product too!”
