“Never used this company before but they had a product I was looking for at a competitive price. Don’t usually like paying a delivery charge but it wasn’t extortionate and I was impressed that the item arrived within 2 days. No problems at all whilst ordering or delivery so happily use again with confidence.”

We only charge shipping at cost and orders over £39.99 have free first class shipping. We make sure orders go out as quickly as they can as we know this is important to customers. “Have placed a few orders for long lasting natural chews (bully sticks, beef chews etc). Have found delivery to be super fast, customer service exceptionally personal and responsive.... and my dogs love the products - thumbs and paws up from us!”

“The customer service/support is amazing! Nothing is too much trouble. Very quick response to my query really friendly and really care about the quality of your shopping experience. I placed my order in the early hours of Friday, my order was dispatched first thing, received my order on Saturday morning, brilliant service and my dogs loving both packs of chews. “My dog has digestives issues but tolerates and enjoys the Soopa dental sticks in different flavours. I also ordered the Himalayan ruff bone (large) which pieces started to break off after approx. 10 minutes, some would have been sharp had she swallowed any. I asked my vet who said not to give them to her, so it’s back to antler chews.”
