“Wonderful customer service. There was a problem with my order not going through to Despatch correctly which led to a slight delay. Manager was in touch with me promptly to let me know what had happened and got the order sent out immediately and added an additional gift for my trouble. Excellent service, will definitely use again!”

“Great products and swift delivery. Happy they have the biospotix range for cats as the flea spot on and collars really work well, and my cat is much happier. Other chemical-based products have made her fur fall out whereas this hasn’t. Flea free and happy cat.”

“I found their website very helpful and the products so far have really helped my dogs. The orders are processed and quickly dispatched. It is good to find a company where you can get natural products for my pets rather than drugs from the vet, and also a lot cheaper. Keep up the good work.”
