“I have been ordering products for my dogs from Healthful Pets for some months now; the website was recommended by a friend. The range of products and the level of customer service is excellent. Advice is available and really helpful both online and by telephone which I have found to be so useful when selecting products. Orders are sent out and received really quickly and always very well packaged. Healthful Pets is my first 'go to' website now when looking for products for my dogs. I would strongly recommend this website. Thank you for your help and excellent level of service provided. I will look forward to ordering from you again soon.”

“I have used healthful pets for quite some time and their customer service is excellent - they always go that litte bit further to help. They have a really good range of products and their prices are competative, and always despatched promptly. i would highly recommend them.”

“I am a very very happy customer! I have been buying my doggy's supplies from here for the last year and I have no complaints. The customer Service is spotless and the delivery time frame is always as initially communicated. A wide range of herbal remedies that are not available on the UK market so I am very pleased to have come across this online shop - highly recommend!!”

“Friendly efficient person on the phone. Product arrived promptly. I have used Eko Neem soap for dogs before and have found it an excellent produce for my pet who has very titchy skin.”
