“Really happy with service, been using proflax liver love for my dog. Had trouble signing into my account once, spoke to staff minutes before they closed, couldn't have been more helpful, she even put a compliment slip in my my order hoping my dog enjoyed the treats I ordered. Definitely would recommend this company.”

“Very good company and helpful staff. Answered emails promptly and also a couple of telephone queries. Product arrived quickly so, overall, very pleased with the service. Dropped a star because there is no money back guarantee if product is unsuitable for any reason. This is a very small company so this policy is perfectly understandable but such products are often very expensive and I've had negative experiences in the past. On this occasion all was fine.”

“The oil arrived in good time, even my eldest cat who is a very fussy eater is now licking the food bowl out when I add it to her feed and I can already feel the difference in her coat. Will buy again for sure!”

“Have bought this product before from other suppliers so knew what we were getting. The order process and service from Healthful Pets was excellent only let down by delivery from Royal Mail. I received multiple emails from Royal Mail confirming their receipt of the product and providing a 2 hour delivery window. However that window came and went with no further updates. The product was finally delivered 5 hours after the end of the delivery window.”

“Value for money with new client discount. Sadly the packaging was damaged and some of the shampoo had leaked out. Someone at the depot had put brown tape around the cap?”
