“was googling information as we have two border collies with cancer.....happy to find Dr. Mercola mushroom complex...found it on other sites but with no delivery options to UK. Also very fast delivery. Thankyou”

“My puppy just loves the puppy sized antler and tree root for chewing. It is really nice to be able to buy puppy sized natural chews that are not food related, made from synthetic materials or squeak! I will be back for larger replacements as she grows”

I am sorry to hear your parcel took longer that expected. As your order was placed at 4.30 on Friday it did unfortunately miss the cut off for that day as the post is generally processed at 4 pm each day and earlier for courier deliveries. Your item was therefore dispatched on Monday. With Black Friday weekend this would have slowed the post services down as Royal Mail first class is typically 1-2 days, but on occasions can be slower. So unfortunately you received your item after 3 days. I can only apologise for this.

“Easy navigating their website to find the product I wanted and it was in stock. Purchasing was very easy and speedy. Delivery time was as stated. All in all, a seamless internet shopping experience”

“I phoned for some advice about my dog who had some issues with her eyes and ears. Kay was extremely helpful and suggested some supplements that could help. I looked on the website and was impressed by the variety of quality products for sale. I made an order which arrived the following day. Overall an excellent service. I will definitely be using them again.”

“What an excellent company. They offer a wide range of goods and their service is outstanding. The even researched some information on an issue relating to one of my dogs and emailed me back. “I ordered on Monday at 2.45 and received my order on Tuesday lunchtime. Can't get quicker than that. I also phoned regarding a query and the person was very pleasant and helpful. I'll definitely be using them again.”
