Beautiful flowers. Delivery came on time even though there was no communications sent regarding the delivery, gave a bit of anxiety. Other then that, all good.

I’ve used Haute Florist for a while now and mostly the flowers and service are fabulous. Unfortunately the last two deliveries have been very late (7pm) in the chosen day which is not acceptable especially when I put the order in several days before. Also this time some of the roses had black edges. Overall I will continue to use Haute and hopefully they will fix these issues.

Everything was fine and the flowers were fabulous. Except one small very annoying issue that all other florists do that you do not or it is very difficult to find on your web site. Why do you not clearly show the delivery date of the flowers on all your emails to customers and also online clearly so the customer can go on line and check it. All florists do it except you. As I was sending multiple flowers on different dates it was really annoying to have to write to your customer support to find out the date flowers were being delivered. Only a small point but it would put my off using you again. As the service was not seemless. Sounds petty but just saying froma custners point of view. Might be something to add.

I ordered online as a gift. Was told the flowers came beautifully presented and looked very similar to the picture. Statement online said free delivery but had to pay for delivery at the end of the order process. Initially informed that delivery would be early afternoon but this the. Changed to 7.30pm. Arrived around 7pm.

Excellent service- pleased eith tge flowers as my friend was overwhelmed with it. The only thing I felt bit concerned that royal mail delivery took a picture of her fence - no sight of the flowers - I has to ask my friend to see if she has received safety thank goodness

Good website with a good variety of flowers for every occasion plus you can add to your order with a selection of nice cards and gifts to suit. First time purchase with this company reasonably priced although bit disappointed that their was no promotional code for new customers but overall happy.

Bought the obelisk terrarium. Arrived beautifully packaged but I was shocked to find it was only 9” tall. The dimensions are listed for the base - 11x11cm- but I hadn’t checked. It seemed bigger as the picture shows about 6-7 plants but it contained only 2 - which is all that would fit. Battery pack is too big to fit inside terrarium but looks very stylish despite being on the petite side. Good quality design. Very pleased with it as I got it with a discount. I’d feel less pleased if I’d paid full price.
