Delivery was very poor as you used Royal Mail, didn’t deliver till 7.30 in the evening, by that time my daughter had gone out for Birthday celebrations, they redelivered the following day late afternoon. It was quite obvious that due to late delivery the flowers were not at their best!! So therefore unable to review the quality of the bouquet! Let’s hope next months delivery is better!

Flowers were nice, friend appreciated them. The disappointing part was the very late delivery, 7.30pm on their birthday. Royal Mail tracking wasn’t working so asked customer service who gave stock answers about it being in their t&c’s and not being their responsibility yada yada. Not ideal. Has put me off ordering from them again.

Flowers were pretty person who received them loved them which is main thing, I was just expecting something more just seemed small.

The plant arrangement received did not reflect the photo on the website, which had more or larger plants. I know they may grow and spread but too much compost visible. No reply received to my email.

The flowers are good but they arrived a day later than I paid for. Given that it was a birthday present, it was disappointing.

Although the flowers looked stunning on the website and I upgraded to a medium bouquet, when the flowers arrived, the roses and lillies were drooping, which was a little disappointing. Although Haute have confirmed they will send out a fresh bouquet, which I hope will arrive and look as they do in the picture.

Very quick delivery and great that you can order next day flowers but some of the roses were wilted and one head was broken off which was a shame. East to track on Royal Mail and put delivery options

Said next day and I ordered in the morning but next day wasn’t actually available and when the flowers arrived at my friend’s I was quite disappointed with the picture she sent me - not like the bouquet in the picture

The roses was not fresh as the bottom of the flower they was all was soft they only lasted a couple of day's it should have been a soild touch i know as I've got experience In flowers the harder they feel the fresher they are

The flowers were great once they arrived. I was very annoyed that the delivery was booked for the Saturday and were not deliverd till Sunday. The courrier said he was only contracted to deliver on a Sunday, so Saturday was never an option. Why not be Honest?

Great choice of flowers, and they offer next day delivery. Well that's what I thought, and thats why I specifically chose them. So I went ahead, placed the order and received confirmation of my payment and next day delivery, which would be a Saturday. Only to receive another message later on that day stating that delivery would now take place on the Sunday approximately after 7pm. I tried contacting the company on the Saturday, however ate unable to speak to anyone. I sent an email and message opting to cancel my order. Only to find out that the flowers were still delivered on the Sunday. To date, I have had no response from the company, whatsoever regarding my cancellation. Poor customer service!

Easy service and delivery was very prompt, quite disappointed with the flowers, I paid extra for the medium size and the bouquet is TINY I’d be interested to know what the standard size looks like, the flowers are half dead and are already turning brown on the edges. There is some gorgeous buds dotted about however the bouquet is looking very sad! Bought these as a birthday present and my mum was sad at the dying flowers. Not worth the £40 spent 😭

I was pleased they arrived on time especially as I paid £9.99 for that. Although they came safely intact, I was disappointed in the size as I paid £10 for the large and it looked small. The images online gave the impression it would look fuller. These were for my daughters 18th birthday. I received on Thurs 25th and by 27th sat morning the roses were still closed and browned petals. I changed water, cut a few stems , and insured no leaves in water. By the evening several roses were drooping and dead. Very disappointed as a gift and cost a lot.

They send the flowers but the ones they sent were nothing like the picture I bought from 🤷🏻‍♀️

Got the impression it was a local florist, but no ! Delivered by Royal Mail and the flowers were ok but a bit tired ! Not sure I will use again
